I’m juuuuust far enough away from the hell that was pregnancy to look at old pictures and videos of my kids and think, “Aw…I wouldn’t mind another one of these little nuggets.” I mean, James’ little baby giggle during tickles!

Baby giggles are so sweet (and tempting for your hormones:) Congratulations and all the best to Tia Leah and Tio Ted! Annie will be a wonderful big ‘sis” to their baby. My older daughter was almost six when my younger daughter was born and she was a second mama to her lil sis.

Just this morning, sitting in the post office across from a cute young couple with an adorable little infant, I did not get that PANG for the first time ever. I definitely stopped and thought about how sweet those days were, but realized – again, for the very first time in years and years – that no part of me wanted to do it again. #winning

While I’m sure the Whole World would celebrate another Spohr version 1.0 baby, we will have to deal with “only” having 3 of that version ;-). Very excited to hear your sneaky announcement for Ted & Leah. Go them! So happy to see this generation continuing to grow!

Congrats to your friend! My son has kept me sleep deprived for almost eight years now, so I never really had a chance to get sucked back into that “Aww, BABY!” mindset again, haha!
