When my brother and I were in elementary school, we piled on a bus every October and made the trip out to a farm where you could pick your own fruits and vegetables. We always came back with pumpkins. We thought it would be cool to bring Annie there so she could experience the fun of a farm (without, you know, having to clean up after the animals).

My mom would kill me if I didn’t mention Annie is wearing overalls that used to belong to my brother. Adorbs.
We all had fun – and the raspberries are delicious.
Penbleth says:
Very cute.
karen says:
OMG – My son, who is now 16, had those same dungerees and a pair in red too.
I got them from a charity shop and saved them and they were worn by my daughter 8 years later too.
Damn fine dungers those!
Jenny says:
Great video! I love the raspberry fingers at the end. She is so proud of herself!
Shan says:
So super cute!
Jodi says:
It almost seems like she could’ve been trying to say “I’m queen of the world!” when she held up the two raspberry fingers. So cute. Thanks for the smile this morning, Annie.
Momma Lioness Michele says:
Annie’s raspberry fingers were beyond adorable – she is so cute! Glad the Spohr Fam had a fun day at the farm!
Jenn says:
Look at that perfect little girl!! She is so precious! I loved how she gave you a hug out of the blue and I must say, it warmed my heart to hear both Mike and you laugh as Annie so proudly did her “Ta Dah” with her raspberries on her little fingers!!! Looks like you all enjoyed your day and I couldn’t be more happy for you all!!
Meyli says:
Yum! Fresh produce! It’s even better when you get to pick it yourself.
And its adorable that your mom still had a pair of your brother’s old overalls! Way to get your money’s worth
…and Annie continues to be so cute! Thank you for making me laugh every friday!
susanmig says:
so fun!!! love that you are able to have access to such a wonderful farm and pic-ur-own!
annie’s raspberry fingernails were just the perfect ending to your video….along with the laughter of her mom & dad!
Elissa Lerma says:
You are at my old stomping grounds! We love Underwood Farms.
Snarky Mommy says:
That’s how my daughter (same age) eats hers. Except she has to put one on each finger and then eat them off one at a time. Cute, but excruciatingly slooooow.
Megan (Best of Fates) says:
That is such an adorable idea – now I want fresh fruits and vegetables!
Only maybe without all the work of picking them.
Glenda says:
lmao…you guys couldn’t resist laughing at the very end…
thanks for sharing Annie with all of us
adorable!!!
