It’s time for another episode of Annie’s Cooking Show! In this episode, Annabel and I made Chocolate Caramel Bacon Fondue. YES, BACON. YES, I’M SHOUTING. It’s incredibly easy to make – perfect for a special occasion like a birthday or Valentine’s Day, or just a day when you want bacon. So, every day.

If you can’t see the video above, click here.

To make the fondue, you need:

~Fondue pot or double boiler
~22 ounces milk chocolate chips
~20 ounces caramel syrup
~4-5 pieces of bacon, crumbled
~Dippers of your choice

Combine over heat until melted, whisking frequently. Remove the fondue from heat so it doesn’t burn or get too hot. The salty-sweet flavors pair great with a cold glass of milk, my kids’ favorite drink!
