We are finishing up a whirlwind trip to Arizona. One of the kids got sick on the drive, which put a damper on things. Luckily, everyone was recovered enough to make it to the two games we had tickets for. We’re heading back to LA this morning, much to Annabel’s dismay. “I just love Arizona so much!”

Trainers

~Last year I stumbled across some super-cute spring training shirts, so I was on the look out for them again this year. I found Annabel this “Pitch Perfect” tee, while James got a “Play Ball” shirt. I think the backs of the shirts are almost cuter than the fronts.

Foolin’

~April Fool’s Day is this week, and Annabel has been giddy over the possibility of being pranked. Last year I made her a fake grilled cheese sandwich and a fake chocolate cake…kind of mad at myself for blowing two good ideas in one year! Mike put together a list of funny ideas at BuzzFeed so I might do one of those (I mean, the Brown Es, so easy), but if anyone has a cute kid idea, let me know. One of my grandma’s favorite pranks was string in the spaghetti but I think a) Annabel is way too young for that, and b) James would just eat the string anyway because he eats everything.

March for Babies

~It’s time for your weekly March for Babies reminder! Have you signed up to march with us in person or in spirit? It’s free to join and only takes a few minutes of your time! Thank you to everyone who has signed up and donated so far – you all are amazing! I am way under my goal of $5,500 this year so every little bit helps moms and babies. You can also use your social capital to share my post about the March of Dimes’ mission, as getting the word out is so important.

Happy Sunday, everyone!
