My dad called me Annabel Lee all the time. My given name is actually Ruby, but I never knew because even when I was in trouble I heard "Annabel Lee" when I strted kindergarten my teacher asked for my name "Annie" then she asked for my real name "Annabel Lee" I ended up leaving that day with a note asking my parents if they could come in and register me properly because no one knew who I was. When I grew up I changed my name to Annie, just Annie. It is the perfect name. I, Annie, would agree that it is a perfect name. My dad called me Annabel Lee all the time. My husband and I had an aweful time agreeing on names, but those ones stuck and they suit him so very perfectly.
