I want me some of those boots. I won’t be able to model them as well as beautiful Maddie does but damn, they look comfy! I used to have a genuine pair of moccasins and I miss them. I need me some more.

Maddie is SO beautiful! She looks like a little movie star with those long dark lashes. Everything you are doing, and everything you’re giving her is clearly working wonderfully because she looks totally healthy and happy.

Awesome boots make me happy, although I’m not even close to that cute in them. You have been through the mommy wringer in nine short months. I get teary when my kids need baby tylenol. Steriods for croup about did me in. You’re AMAZING is what I’m saying.

Hi Laura,

Thank you so much for your concern! It’s great to know that there are people out there watching out for us. When Madeline was prescribed the Singulair six weeks ago, her pulmonology team and her pediatrician all warned us about the side effects of Singulair, including depression and suicide. I am also a fanatic about researching anything that Madeline, Mike, or myself is prescribed. Luckily, Madeline hasn’t suffered from any side effects from this drug, but she HAS from others and we are always quick to remove that medication from her rotation. That being said, we are probably going to remove Singulair from her treatment schedule – simply because it isn’t working.

I’m so sorry for all you went through with your son. I hope that you continue to be an advocate for him and for others – it’s very important that parents educate themselves as much as possible when their children are under medical care.

I can’t imagine having to deal with all that you have, but I’m super impressed! I love, love, love, the tickling, peekaboo and raspberries. A critical part of our every day. And awesome boots, who can beat that?
