Aw. That made me really wish I could go back…Kid 2 just left the coop…and he was an adorable 4! Go Annabel!!
RzDrms says:
She still looked like a baby one year ago! Shocked how much she’s changed in just 365 days. Becoming a Big Sister *does* make you grow up quickly, what with all the responsibilities and such!
Jacquie says:
That was beautiful! Happy Birthday Annie.
Desera says:
So beautiful and I love seeing how much they have both grown during this year! Such a great idea and something she will treasure when she gets older!
Johanna says:
Such great pictures!
Nellie says:
Happiest of Birthdays to a very amazing, infinitely talented and beautiful, 4 year old!
Is that Mike on the guitar? Holy smokes but I can listen to that ALL.DAY.LONG!! My brothers play guitar and this just reminded me of them and brought back tons and tons of memories. This is one very Creative, Talented Spohr family – I love it!
Heather says:
Yes! He’s written and performed the music on all of her birthday videos!
tami says:

What a gorgeous child! I remember wanting to freeze my daughter to be four forever. It was a beautiful age. She’s 26 now and has brought me much joy!
Sara says:
You have the most joyful kids ever!!!! Full of light! Hope Annie’s party is a blast!
Anna says:
She’s just the loveliest and most personable little girl! And what a wardrobe! I hardly saw an outfit repeated in all those pictures. =)
Robin Wyatt says:
Explain to me why such a beautiful video has me crying my eyes out at my desk. Annie & James you have two wonderfully loving parents, hold them, love them and remember every line in their face, because their gift to you is them. Happy Birthday Annie, may God bless you, hold you in his care as you become an amazing 4 year.
Pattie says:
Such a beautiful little (big) girl, and she’s grown so much in the last year. Thanks for sharing some of her stories with us. Wishing Annie all the best in year 4.

Absolutely precious!!!

The cuteness is just UNREAL, and, after four years, I’ve figured it out. You see, “Toy Story” came out in 1995. In 19 years, surely they’ve advanced animation technology to the point that they are able to fabricate this truly realistic family, called “The Spohrs.” The name sort of makes sense, too. It alludes to your beginnings as pencil marks on paper–the spores that multiplied into the complete picture of you all.
JustAMom says:
She is just so full of life and happiness….. dammit, I’m crying right now!!! Happy Birthday Annie – may your light always shine as bright as it does now!!
roshan says:
Annie is the best! Her mom does a phenomenal job of capturing her childhood in photographs. Not to forget her dad who is awesome too. Plus the doting set of grandparents. And an ever smiling baby brother!
Tara says:
Awesome!!Happy Birthday, Annie! I just heard Disney is releasing a sing-a-long version of Frozen in theaters on 1/31
Paula says:
I feel like such a sap. I’m sniffling. Happy fourth birthday Annie!
Rachel says:
What a wonderful year! Happy Birthday Annie! And absolutely beautiful pictures!! Could you possibly create a series teaching us how to create such art via photography (I think I’ve seen a post on this in the distant past)? Kind of like your cooking series? I am even willing to invest in a new camera…I wish I had so many gorgeous pics of my kids!
