Annabel is never very chatty about what she learned about at preschool…except when it comes to songs. She loooooves singing the songs she’s learned to James and me. She also doesn’t care where she sings the songs, as evidenced by this video. She sang it over, and over, and over. James didn’t mind, but I’m not sure about the other shoppers around us!

Her class learned about Hanukkah all week, and yesterday she even brought home a little dreidel she made out of…paper. It doesn’t spin, but it looks awesome on the fridge.

Yay, Annie videos are back! Jamesie is one cool lil’ chap. He doesn’t mind the outfits, the crowds or the random singing. He smiles and is just happy.
Kristen says:
One year my son bought a dreidel sun catcher at a holiday shop at school. Wanted to hang it on our Christmas tree. I think we still hang it there every year.
k'mum says:
You have such beautiful children. Annie’s song was very nice!
Pam says:
Sooooo cute!
Lauren says:
This girl is just too much! Love her!
Sandy North says:
oh nooooooo…now the dreidel song is going to be in my head all day (earworm!) and not the first time that has happened with that song…
still love your videos though..but i did wonder what made you stop in the middle of a shopping trip at target to record? lol…
Heather says:
Haha! I wanted to capture it for Mike, since he was at work!
JennS says:
How do you fit anything in the cart?! I can barely fit anything in with the car seat, let alone a child in the seat. Luckily my stinker is getting big enough to start sitting in the seat. (But for some reason, while he sits up fine on the floor, he will only slouch in the seat of the grocery cart.)
Heather says:
I can barely fit anything in there! I usually end up with stuff UNDER the cart! Haha
Jerilynn says:
The “hey” was a nice touch. Love this! The preschool songs are the best. Good news is that the songs extend into the first and second grade. My seven-year-old regaled us with a version of, “I’ve Got The Whole Globe in My Hands” a la “He’s Got The Whole World in His Hands”. Classic!
Shannon says:
How cute is she!!! Love it!
Jordan Taylor says:
the head bobbing and hysterical laughter at the end was my favorite. Love it!
Sheri says:
Wish I could see videos but they’re totally blocked at work! Shhh that’s a secret.
Pattie says:
The “hey” she added after each verse made the song. And now I will have that stuck in my head the rest of the day. LOL
alimartell says:
Well send her on over here…we’ll teach her all the words.
And then I’ll apologize for it. Heh.
Kristen says:
Love the video!
nona says:
As someone who was raised celebrating Hanukkah, and with all the Xmas propaganda this time of year, I really appreciate Annabel’s performance!
Paula says:
Target rocks! I love that store.
Annie is such a doll and I am so amazed at how well she speaks for her age.
James looks as if he is just along for whatever ride Mom and Sis want to take him on.
ella says:
Yay!! I remember Maddie’s holiday season, when you said she would grow up with knowledge of all religions. I’m Jewish, and this makes me so happy!
Christian says:
Cute. Just wait when she’s 12 she will belting out the songs in the shower like my Madison.
Kathy Gardner says:
Very Cute!
Lindsay says:
Too cute! Annie reminds me so much of my Madison with her singing & silly comments. I’m sure it’s weird hearing this from people you don’t know, but I love that girl to pieces!
Jenn says:
I love watching Annie videos! She has grown up so much in this last year. James is adorable– as always. Beautiful babies you both have!
Karen says:
Adorable!
