I was happy when I saw this video. Without a doubt this is my favourite video of Maddie too. I love watching her process her thoughts, I love her facial expressions, I love how she calls for her daddy and I love her !!!
Yes, this is my favourite video ( my close 2nd is the one where she is a little older but not as old as in today’s video. She is sitting on the ground while Mike is playing his guitar. Suddenly as she listens to the music, she starts to “sing” and her little feet, then legs, then hands, arms, body starts moving! It’s like the music took her over whole body and Heather, she is so happy – the BIGGEST grin is on her little face – PURE JOY!!!).
As much as I love that video when I watch it a feeling of sadness washes over b/c we won’t get to see her futher development. She was really starting to bloom and she had come so far already. I would have liked to have witnessed more as I know you really wanted to as well.
I’m so happy and grateful you have these video’s and all of the pictures. I know how much Annie adores them and I bet a ton of other people do too…I know I do. Thank You for sharing Heather!!!
I’m glad we live in the age of technology so you can have videos like this to preserve Maddie’s beautiful voice forever. Photos are great too, but videos really show her personality. Thank you for sharing her with us.
No wonder Annie loves it – how could she not?? Love the way Maddie’s little mouth goes as she talks – precious!! Totally made me smile this morning!! Thanks for sharing her!
Beautiful…stunning… gorgeous… Love it! Thanks for sharing Maddie with all of us. Love, love watching her videos. Her personality shines through. Sending you and Mike hugs! xx
I love this one, too…It is so sweet how Maddie lights up when her daddy walks in & she calls for him. I mean, you know the *exact* moment her eyes fall on Mike. Precious.
I pray so hard that maybe, just maybe, you can find comfort in your memories.
She is so smart! My son is 17 months old and can’t bust a move like that or say “WOW!” I just played the video and my 4 y.o. daughter said: “Play that video again, mama!”
awww, i think this is my favorite of the videos I’ve seen of Maddie, too.
My heart goes out to you, I know there is nothing I or anyone else can do to relieve your pain (I use that word for lack of a better one, because what you are feeling is worse than pain. Pain, you can take medications for that. But not for loss.) If I do ever figure out the reason people have to suffer, you will be one (two? three? four – counting Rigby?) of the first with whom I share the information.
Your girls are gorgeous, hilarious, sweet, and smart. My life is fuller even just knowing them, and you, through the internet.
I came back again to show my kids & my husband her video. My kids have seen it before but this was my husbands 1st time. He watched it, smiled and looked at me and asked if I was okay (I had started to cry). I told him why I was crying. He hugged me, looked at Maddie and said “She is one precious little girl….it’s no wonder you fell in love with her”. My daughter then jumped in and said “She not the only one who loves Maddie. I love Maddie too and she will always be special to my heart”. I had to agree.
Dearest Mike & Heather….Thank you for sharing Maddie with us. I have fallen in love with her and I miss her so much too. I will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart for Maddie.,..she has touched soo many people from so many different places in the world. Thank you again for sharing your precious little girl with us. She is now and always will be LOVED by all!!!
