The other day I overheard Mike telling Annie which of her friends were boys and which were girls. Annie, like the good little mimic she is, dutifully repeated everything he said. I wondered if she remembered anything he said, so I quizzed her.
The cuteness is large.
if you can’t see the video above, click here.
I will tease some people about her answers for weeks.
Jenn says:
OMG – I want to come to LA (well, TO) to meet you guys in person so badly!! Annie just killed me when all of a sudden she sang “Daddy is girl”!! She’s got a pretty little voice! She cracks me up your daughter does!!! How lucky I feel you have allowed me to get to know both of your BEAUTIFUL girls!!!! Thank you!!
Jenn says:
P.S…Was she calling your brother “outside”??
Becca_Masters says:
I though Uncle Kyle was a car….. That was too cute!
AmazingGreis says:
Her little voice kills me!! So cute!
MG says:
SO cute! Wow, is she getting to be such a little girl and not as much a baby! The trick at my house has always been to say the RIGHT one last. “Is mommy a boy or girl?” “Is daddy a girl or boy?” Fun when someone is pregnant and you want to make them predict for someone! That’s so cute that she knew some of them right away though!
Jenn says:
Oh my god. That is adorable! I feel like I need to go take an extra dose of birth control after watching that.
Sue says:
“Kyle” probably sounds an awful lot like “car” to her, so I guess that’s why she was saying “outside”. She is not only beautiful, but very smart as well,,,,,,,what a great combination!
Heather says:
It’s because the last time my brother came over we were outside when he arrived. She went crazy over his red car and kept asking to go outside to see it!
ClassyFabSarah says:
That laugh after she says daddy is a girl…. SLAYS ME!
Melli says:
So cute!

Rachel R. says:
Cute? Cute does not even begin to cover what she is
Shan says:
OH my my, she is really growing up. She looks more like a little girl in this video than a baby. Cuteness!
Kelly says:
We played the “Daddy is a girl” game often with Mea. It probably didn’t help that he would play “Pretty Pretty Princess” with a gusto with us…so adorable, and hilarious.
Kim says:
Oh my goodness that was so cute. I had to make sure I didn’t laugh out loud at work!! She’s such a cutie.
Rebecca says:
She is such a doll, even if she does get confused about boys and girls. It’s all good.
Meyli says:
Oh em geee! She’s a little girl now! I mean, she doesn’t seem like a baby anymore! So cute!
Go Annie!
The best one was that Uncle Kyle’s a car
Jen says:
Annie is so awesome!
Kayla says:
OMG, I love her so much!!
She really is growing up right before our very computer screens! *Sniff, sniff!*
Ray says:
Love Annie’s facial expressions and her laugh.
“Kyle…the car! Outside!”
LOL! Wonder where she got that from. =P
Jessica says:
So adorable, your videos always make me want just one more girl, my youngest daughter is 4 and there is nothing like that toddler voice and cuteness.
statia says:
Seriously, the age, it kills me. Mine now talks back, in full paragraphs, at 2.5. Which is basically where I see Annie headed. Sorry, that’s the perils of having smart (assed) kids. They make up for it in cuteness, though. I would DIE to see them together. It would be trouble.
