katrina @ They All Call Me Mom says:
So cute! I want one!
Not talking about an Elmo doll…
I want another toddler!
Sue says:
I think that Annie & Elmo could win the top prize on Dancing With The Stars!! Sooooooo cute!
Tammy says:
Great video to start my morning!! She’s the best!!
Nikki says:
The cuteness that is Annabel just made my ovaries explode!!! Gahhh!
Elmo, however, not so much. He seems like a bit of a creepster, like you’d wake up in the morning after tucking him in with Annie the night before and he’s staring at you from the foot of the bed.
D in NB says:
Nikki, you made me laugh out loud!
I was also thinking that Elmo is a little frightening….I don’t know what exactly it is but he creeps me out.
Annie, as always, is a delight to watch! My favorite part was when she stumbled from being dizzy Not happy that she fell, of course, but it was cute watching her stagger…
Nellie says:
Seriously?! She is absolutely adorable, beautiful and delicious in every way!
As for Elmo, I’d kick his butt to Canada after the 3 Hokey Pokey running. I have to say though, if it keeps your little girl entertained, power to Elmo all the way.
Sarah - { rad: renovations are dirty } says:
Annie is so adorable!
Although, I think I’d lose my mind after 5 minutes of listening to that Elmo doll. haha I had no idea there was a ‘hokey pokey’ Elmo.
Sarah says:
Okay…that was the cutest thing ever!
Thurieyyah says:
She must be LOVING all that space!
Emily says:
Oh my goodness, I just want to eat her up. She’s SO stinkin’ cute! (And I love that rug, btw!)
Rachel R. says:
She is such a bright shiny little soul
Noelia says:
She’s so cute!!!!
I totally love these videos of her dancing and singing and talking!
Lisa says:
So have you had to instill “naptimes” and “bedtime” for Elmo so you’re not doing the hokey pokey all day? :p
Heather says:
YES. I’ll have to post pictures of “night night Elmo,” complete with his blanket and pillow.
Lisa says:
Definitely! It sounds adorable!
Giselle says:
OMG!!!! I love that! It was sooooo cute. I love her staggering around all dizzy but still carrying Elmo with her lol
Kenna says:
I love Fridays and the Annie videos!! Always give me a smile for the day!!
And I think you have an excellent babysitter there that you can pay in batteries….. now Annie just needs to learn to keep him on the hard floor. You know, kinda like all food and drink…. hahahaha
Jamie Elizabeth says:
I’m curious if anyone has written their thesis on why toddlers are absolutely obsessed with Elmo. My one year old is going through an Elmo stage and it’s baffling. What is it about that furry, red monster?
Kelsey says:
It was so sweet how she kept placing him back on the rug after each turn! Way to take care of your pal Elmo, Annie!
I’m glad she is having fun – we were given that toy by a neighbor who outgrew it an eventually had to pass it along because it TERRIFIED my kids. They, however, are not quite the dancing queens Annie is.
Tami says:
Aww, She is so adorable!! I like elmo, he has a cute voice. He is a good dance partner for Annie.
Lisa says:
LOL, I love how she got so dizzy that she fell over!
I love that rug too!
Heather says:
Thank you! We just picked it up at Home Goods!
Monica says:
absolutely adorable! my kids loved watching her too.
Missy says:
Heather, I read your blog all the time and I think your daughter is adorable. Today I received this in an email, and when I read your post, thought it fit in great. I didn’t write this, but found it hilarious.

With all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week. Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote “The Hokey Pokey”, died peacefully at age 93.
The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in. And then the trouble started.
Heather says:
OMG! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
AngieM. says:
bahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!
AngieM. says:
that literally made me L-O-L!!!! so cute.!! although elmo looks like he’s having a seizure.
cute rug, i kept staring at it
Rebecca says:
Poor thing just doesn’t have any toys to play with does she…..go buy her more.
Beckie says:
So cute to see her want Elmo to do it again. She made me dizzy going around and around! Smiling a goofy smile.

Trisha says:
Annie is such a delight on these Friday videos! I needed a good giggle today and she helped me with that
I love the new rug. Very nice choice!
Elmo is so annoying but the kids enjoy him so much that it’s hard to tell them no. Dannica, my 2 year old, used to belly laugh out loud when I would laugh like Elmo during diaper changes and bath time. It was my little tric kto keep her somewhat still while I was changing her or dressing her. Can’t believe I admitted I can laugh like Elmo.
Fête Foreign says:
She’s adorable (less so for Elmo 24/7)!
. . . .and I love your carpet.
Heidi says:
I loved how she kept putting Elmo on the carpet although he wouldn’t spin around. I’m guessing one of you kept putting him back on the tile so he would “dance” but she just insisted on putting him on the carpet! I love it. She’s just adorable!
Penbleth says:
So cute, 13 enjoyed watching it with me.
AmazingGreis says:
Is it possible to love her more and more each day? Because OMG this video made me LOL. And when she got dizzy and fell, that made me giggle too.
Tell her Gase says Hi! XOXO
jenifer says:
Where did you get that rug? It looks like the Orla Kiely stem design. Thanks!
Jen says:
oh my gosh I love her!!!
