Annabel and her best friend have BIG plans to make “cooking shows,” (along with other videos) all summer long. They watched this one the other day and cracked up. I was like, “hey, how about you make me some of that guac right now?”
If you can’t see the video above, click here.
Seriously, I’m so hungry.
To make Annie’s famous guac, you need:
Avocados
Diced tomatoes
Onions
Jalapenos
Lime juice
Cilantro (optional for all you haters)
Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then mash together with a fork (or molcajete!). Eat immediately with chips, or a finger.

So cute! I love her facial expressions… especially the one when she is squeezing the lime.

This is my 7-year-old’s current obsession – making cooking videos. She usually wants to make gross, outlandish sugary combinations, but lately she has settled on her own guacamole. It’s actually quite good!
Heather says:
LOL! Yes, Annie has made some REAL doozies, but every now and then she makes something yummy and I’m like, “I can get behind this cooking thing!”
Amy Hale says:
You did a wonderful job making that guacamole! Now I want some!
Jen says:
OMG, this is the absolute cutest!
