Love it — she’s seriously just the cutest. And I can easily see how trick-or-treating would be a little scary when you’re a kid. I mean, banging on strangers’ doors in the dark? Not knowing what’s on the other side of that doorway? Of course, the promise of candy smoothes everything over!
She’s so freaking cute. Love how much she talks and so clear. Love how she said “I’m scared” but squealed when she handed out the candy. So much fun! Thanks for sharing Annie with all of us.
That was so sweet!!! My niece is a year older than Annie & I swear the 2 of them would get along famously! This was the 1st year it crossed her mind to be scared! Every other year, she loved the creepy houses, this year, she was scared…but loved the plain, only a porch light houses.
Annie is the sweetest little witch ever!!! I’d have kept coming back to your house over & over again!
Lissa says:
Omg, that little “No, I’m scared” was seriously the sweetest, most hilarious thing ever, lol! How can she verbalize so well so young?!
And the shriek of laughter after passing out candy – awesome. She looks ridiculously adorable, how on earth do you stand it?
Tammy M. says:
She is so darling! It’s pretty obvious that you kind of like her too. You’re a great daddy!

Was that a tiny shot of JackKit?! Does he realize he’s famous?!
Mommy says:
I want to know if that’s Jacket too!!!!
Mike says:
Not JackKit… they’re the house on our other side!

That was the most precious thing ever!!!

I applaud you for letting Annie go at her speed. Some kids need to do things gradually, with just a smidge of pushing. Great job mom & dad…Annie!
Annalisa says:
I went “Awwwww!” no less than 10 times, so the husband was like “What are you watching? It’s not videos of tiny kittens again?”
(Yes, Annie is officially cuter than a basket full of newborn kittens)
Anita says:
Heather, this is so precious – thank you for sharing it. Anita
