Annie has two new obsessions: cooking shows/videos, and making pizza. If I’d let her, she’d watch the Food Network and YouTube cooking tutorials all day. When Mike jokingly said to her, “Annie, you should have your own cooking show,” she flipped her lid. She asked us every day for weeks if she could “have a cooking show.” When we finally said yes, she of course insisted on making pizza.

This is one of my favorite videos ever – the stuff that comes out of Annie’s mouth cracks me up.

So, like, we’re just seeing the 5 minutes a week that your kids are adorable, and, they’re monsters the rest of the time, right? Is it really possible for kids to be THAT cute and entertaining?
Tami says:
That was too cute.. She is so adorable!! Thanks for sharing.
Trisha says:
The entire video was super adorable. I know everyone above loved the divine comment a lot, but she really got me when she said “be sure to spread the sauce evenly!”

Annie was a perfect little chef and I’m glad she warned her watchers to have an adult help her…gotta take care of that pesky legal stuff.
She’s great and I am amazed at her vocabulary for being her age.
Keep on cookin’ Annie!
Jean says:
When I was little, the only cooking show was Julia Child on public television. My sisters and I would put on cooking shows. We always thought Julia Child was drunk, so we’d take a swig of juice through out our shows, as Julia would drink wine. By the end of our shows, we would act fall down drunk. It was hilarious and something I still remember all these years later.
Sheridan Johnston says:
“That smells divine”…love it!
Ms. Are says:
I don’t know which was better “It smells divine,” or the “peace out!”
Lovely!
Allison says:
Adorable! How much of what she says in her videos is scripted?
Heather says:
For a video like this, not much! Mostly, we just had to remind her what the steps were for making a pizza, but she put it all in her own words. The funniest stuff she says (like the pizza smelling divine) is all spontaneous!
Emily Loy says:
Wow, this is so adorable! I love Annie’s funny comments. Submit this to the food network! They should air it on TV.
Miriam says:
That was amazing. She is a natural ham and so good in front of the camera. Pacing, all of it.
Heather, you were a natural during your “cameo” as an adult.
Heather says:
Thank you Miriam! I thought my performance was quite nuanced.
deanna says:
i know this video has been up for a few days and im a little behind but seriously….my favorite video you guys have done…ever! soooo cute.
Rebecca Smith says:
Bam! Bam! Oh so cute!
Lissa says:
OMG just when I thought Annie couldn’t be ANY MORE of a natural actress – she starts HOSTING. I think you have truly and honestly discovered her natural gift in life. It suits her actressing skills and her natural comedic/social abilities. I can’t WAIT to see her talk show in 20-30 years~!
