Annie wanted to invite everyone in the world to her birthday party, but unfortunately Gramma and Bampa’s house isn’t big enough for that.
So, she hired a documentary film company to capture the event. She’s always thinking.
if you can’t see the video above, click here.
We’re glad she had a blast, because this was definitely a one-time event!
What’s with the disclaimer. I want a party this weekend!
Only if we can take this show on the road, yo. Nor Cal baby!
Kate @ UpsideBackwards says:
Oh, she is so adorable! I guess all excitement and stress got to her by cake-time. That looks like an awesome party (must remember not to show this video to my kids).
What a wild party Annie! You’re so lucky to have parents such as yours, who know how to plan. =o) Know that you are loved by many doll.
I'm totally booking a plane ticket to come to your party this weekend at Bampa & Grandma's (oh, shoot! I just saw your momma's disclaimer)!
P.S. Annie tell your mommy we need a tutu tutorial! Tell her pretty PLEASE, with a cherry on top! =D
That looked like such an awesome party.
I want a bounce house for my next birthday!!!
My hubs has said we are having a joint 30th, so perhaps we’ll have one then!!
Jennifer Dawn says:
We got a bounce house for my hubby’s 29th birthday party last year! Let’s just say, people are STILL talking about it! You’re never too old for a bounce house made of inflatable awesomeness.
happy 1st annie! she makes me smile!!! great party!!!
That was too cute. It looks like Annie had an amazing party to celebrate her big day.
Annie taking the green ice cream cone and immediately throwing it to the floor was PRICELESS. What a great day!
LOVE the video!!! I’m with Jackie! Or, how about a party in April, you know, when I’m hopefully in town!
Barbi Brickley Emel says:
So cute, my daughter cried every time we would sing Happy Birthday to her until she was at least 5. Something about the song, I don’t know. She even cried when singing it to someone else.
Absolutely adorable and the party looked so fun! Annie is a lucky little girl!! I agree with her that she should have another party this weekend. I’m all in favor of stretching birthdays out for as long as possible.
YESSSSS! What a great party… the cake scenes were hilarious! Annie wasn’t doing it with cake at all!
Looks like an amazing first birthday party!
XOXO from GA,
Soooo cute!! My 4 yr old daughter just watched with me and said “oh! I had a 1 on my shirt!!” she really though Annie was her!
Best video yet! ( I am pretty sure I think that about all of them)
Kristin (MamaKK922) says:
Aww I love the whole video it was great. And that first cake is tough stuff. All those eyes on you? What do they expect? What do they want? But I Knew she’d come around to the cake die, it’s the best side LOL.
Her ice cream cone cuppy cake looked really yummy! Mea and I may need to make some of these this weekend!
So glad Annie had a wonderful first birthday. Looks like everyone had a wonderful time.
Awww, I loved the cake part! She was just worn out. The chalkboard is a great idea too!
Happy birthday Annie! Her eating the cupcake is the best part of the video!
Also wanted to say i saw annie’s video on the cake wreck’s site today as well….
Glad everyone had a blast at her first birthday party!!!
My friends son did the same thing when we sang to him for his birthday, but my his 2nd he was ok with it!
That is a beautiful little girl. Glad she had fun!
The pool in my neighbors back yard? Full of a solid gigantic cube of ice. Your swimming pool? Gorgeous. Can I come over to play?
Angie [A Whole Lot of Nothing] says:
Her cheeks slay me.
My kids loved the video- happy birthday Annabel!
Michelle S says:
What an awesome party…another reason I need to live in a warmer climate. Both our girls are December babies so there will most likely never be outdoor parties for them unless it includes skiing or skating. The joys of living in Canada !
The girls loved her birthday video !
no way has it been a year already!? she is absolutely gorgeous…and slammin’ partay it looked like…indeed!
Ha! I loved the cake part! She wasn’t having any of it. Classic. Oh, she’s such a doll. Can’t believe her first year is already behind her.
What an awesome party! OMG I LOL’d at the cake smash section. I agree, Annie – they really should’ve taken that out in editing. Except then I wouldn’t have gotten to laugh so hard my eyes teared up. Not at you, of course…at the situation.
hahaha…it’s funny how Annie didn’t want anything to do with the cake in the house or out the house…but smiled at the cone. How cute is she?! adorable!! thanks for sharing and like always, your video’s put a smile on my face! Thanks Annie! XO
I am cracking up right now. That whole cake deal was hilarious. Perfect narrating by dear Annabel. Thanks for sharing more of the party. Looks like everyone had a great time. I am hoping this video makes the next dvd!
I love her reaction to the icky green cone. Looks like a wonderful first birthday party :o)
Paaaartaaay! Looks like Annie and everyone had an awesome time! (Shh, we won’t talk about the cake smash. I get it, Annabel, the PRESSURE.)
Amanda Regas says:
I love watching kids around a piñata!
Glad Annie figured out how good cake is….she will need this vice as a woman.
Angie M. says:
so glad she finally came to her senses and actually enjoyed the cake. i was scared for a minute there.
I’m loving your party skirt Annie you look awesome xoxox
Um, so , yeah, I didn’t actually sign a release. I don’t think it’s going to be a problem but I’ll have my lawyer give you a call. Is this the best blog to reach you at?
jennifer Martin says:
Wow, what a party! How are you going to top that one in subsequent birthdays
The cake expression is similar to the one my son made after burning his finger in his “One” candle and then putting his finger in icecream.
So funny.. I began watching this and my 6 y/o daughter ran over, “YES, I wanna watch the baby show!!”
wow, what a fun party! annabel is absolutely a.dor.a.ble, too! love the cake moments, too! happy (belated) birthday to your beautiful annabel!
I’m so glad Annie had a blast. Her party looked amazing.
Also, a few days ago I searched back for pictures of Maddie’s first birthday, and it took my breathe away when I realized both girls made “yucky” faces about their cake. Unreal.
Aw thanks for sharing that looked like a fantastic time for a fantastic little girl. V sends birthday kisses.
And good thing you added that disclaimer, I was all set to buy tickets!
FUN for you and Annie! Happy Birthday little one!
When she just picked up the green cone and dropped it over the side I almost peed my pants, that was priceless, so glad you got that on camera!!!
The video had me LOL. She is so adorable. Happy Birthday Annie.

Cake is DELICIOUS! Now she’s got it!
Such a cute baby. I really hope that I could have one someday and enjoy the blessing that God will be given to us. I hope I could enjoy being a mother and at the same time wife to my hubby
