Annabel Reports Live From Thanksgiving Dinner

by Heather on November 26, 2010

in Spohr TV

Yesterday was Annabel’s first Thanksgiving dinner and she didn’t know what to expect. So like any good reporter, she went out into the field to investigate.

What did you all eat?

Adorable! I love the babies exchanging tips on working the system. No Thanksgiving dinner for us down under, I’m afraid. I hope it was good for you all.

I had gravy at my mom’s house……gravy covered dressing, gravy covered potatoes, gravy covered turkey, rolls dipped in gravy, candied sweet potatoes, apple pie, pumpkin pie and chocolate cake along with various other appetizers like meatballs in some sort of semi spicy, tangy and sweet sauce, fruit tray, veggie tray, cheesy dips, creamy dips, chips……yeah, I ate myself into a food coma. AND, my kids were both born in the spring so when Thanksgiving came along they had just about everything the adults ate……It was just put in the food processor…with gravy of course. They don’t like gravy now……which baffles me.

Loved it, as usual! Poor Rigby!

I ate:
Turkey
Dressing
Mac and Cheese
Black-eyed Peas
Sweet Potato Casserole
Ham
Snickerdoodles
Chocolate Chip Cookies

I was also left alone briefly by the candy bowl and downed about 10 Tootsie Rolls in five minutes. I am shamed.

I had a hard time deciding what as my favorite part of this video, but I think Rigby’s “this is flippin ridiculous” was the best! Happy Thanksgiving, Spohrs!
