LOL
Oh lordy!
thus begins the terrorist years and yet your sweet girl isn’t even officially a toddler.
now where does she get this from?
still, she is so precious.
I’m so impressed that she would stay there. We eventually had to shift time out from sitting on the stairs to our 2 year old having time out in her bedroom. She wouldn’t stay seated and keeping her there turned into more of a punishment for us.
Am I the only mom that saw the photo and thought, “Don’t fall on the bricks?” Yeah, we’ve had a few ER trips (with three kids and all..) though ours were due to the entertainment center (that we no longer have).
Ha, that’s what I was thinking! Don’t tip over! They’re bottoms are so round at that age. I still remember the reddish purple imprint of a metal grate acroos my 10month old girl’s face.
Hey, we all have to learn how to play nice. I love the time out concept. I don’t think it will hold her back for long looking at her face, but I think its good for her to get some boundaries… She surely lives life to the fullest! Good on you Anny…
You take that sweet little princess out of time out and banish the chair for good. She’s too cute and charming and wonderful to be put in the time out chair.
What a face! LOL. But are you seriously doing time out at 10 months? What for? I see that you responded that she bit Daddy, but time out is not going to stop her Most parenting ‘experts’ don’t recommend time out until the child is two and can actually understand, to some degree, consequences. She’s not thinking “That was wrong and I’ll never do it again”, but “why do you hate me suddenly”

Well, she hasn’t done it again since. We do what works for us.
