Annie’s feet grew overnight. I told Mike I was going shopping for a pair of closed-toed shoes for her, and she overheard me and asked for “Pink Ballerina Shoes.” I brought her these, and after she changed her wardrobe to match her shoes (because of course she did), she asked me to take her picture to “show my ballerina shoes to Gwamma.” So, here you go, Gramma.
Beth Mariel says:
Omg I love her outfit! Did she pick it out herself? Cute clothes never come in adult sizes (I mean, look at how sweet the colour of that halter is!!!)
Annalisa says:
Awww. Cute!
Jenn says:
So CUTE!!! AAhh, I remember the days when I could just go out & buy my little girl what I thought were cute shoes. Now everything I buy is just gross or lame!!! ha ha Tweenies…gotta love’ em!!!
Krissa says:
Omg! She’s so pretty! Those are very nice new shoes, Annie.
Lee Cockrum says:
She looks so proud and happy! Although I have to say it appears you lucked out, and Annie has not seen “real” ballerina shoes up close and personal. Those are NOT regulation, and I bet she’d call you on it she knew! LOL
I do love them though. I wish they had had sparkly shoes like that when I was little!
Nikki says:
She’s growing up so fast!
Audra says:
Are those GLITTERY PINK VELCRO TOM’S?! A brilliant score on so many levels.
Amanda says:
OMG – that is so adorable!
She’s soooooooooooo cute?
trish says:
She is stinkin adorable! what a sweet face! She seriously is gonna be a knock out when shes older…watch out Mike :o)
Kristen McD says:
Adorable.
But… wait for it. My three year old will hide her shoes on purpose so we have to go get more shoes. MORE SHOES! lol.
Annalisa says:
Heh, my not quite 2 year old is a grab and carry kind of kid. She loves to take her shoes with her, even when she’s not wearing them (and she’s going through a phase where she’s learned to open velcro straps, so she loves to take off the ones she wears).
We routinely find each shoe in a different part of the house, and given that she has about six pairs of shoes that she wears regularly, that’s a lot of shoes laying around the house!
Melli says:
Adorable
Shannon says:
She is sparkly!
Darcie says:
we have the silver sparkly Toms, a favorite with mother and child!
Kristen @ The Chronicles of Dutch says:
The top knot, the Tom’s…she could be in Vogue!
Joleine says:
my 2 1/2 year old has those shoes! they’re her “spwarky shoes”
Karen says:
Adorable! My daughter had the blue shiny Toms like that. FYI, they really get torn to shreds from playing outside but are totally worth it cause they are so stinking cute
Lanie says:
Annie is so adorable! Thank you for sharing this picture and for your comment to me earlier today. I really appreciate it and you. Take care.
AmazingGreis says:
The cutest.
Chris says:
She really resembles Mike. I mean, there’s always been a resemblance, but with her hair up and her face with what looks like a minor loss of some facial baby fat, boy she looks like him.
Auntie_M says:
OMGosh!! Was her hair already in a top knot or did she have you do that?!?!?
She is precious!! And Sparkly! And too freakin’ sweet! Bet her Grammas are melting!!!!
Love her shoes & her matching outfit! YAY Annie!!!
