A while back I put out a call for tutorial requests. The one I got over and over asked for ideas on how to display wedding photos. I’ve put off addressing this one because…well, I fail mightily at displaying photos from my wedding!

I have this 18×24 leaning against the wall on our fireplace mantle:

And this one on the wall near the bedrooms:

And that. is. it. It’s really a shame because we have such amazing photos from our wedding. We also have the original digital copies of all our wedding photos, so printing them up for display isn’t a problem.

I love seeing other people’s wedding photos. Be it a wall display or wedding album, there’s something magical about viewing such a meaningful day.

One thing that never fails to surprise me is how few people actually have wedding albums. I know they can be so expensive when you go through a wedding photographer, but it’s worth putting one together on your own. As a kid, I spent HOURS pouring over my parents’ album. HP Photo Creations is a free program that is great for constructing beautiful photo albums – and you can print them at home!

This week, I would love it if you all would share your wedding displays. It could be your wall galleries, pictures on shelves, or examples of the wedding albums you’ve created. Upload your examples to the TSAM Photo Fun Flickr group so I can get inspiration to finally pull the trigger and create an amazing wedding display of my own! (If you don’t have a flickr account, just link to your photos in the comments.)

I can’t wait to see pictures of all of you on your special days!
