I had a serious brain fart and opened a package in front of Annie. I am blaming this on pregnancy brain. Once Annie saw it was the Princess Sofia doll I’d ordered her (for Christmas), there was no going back. “Mama! Princess Sofia is my new friend!”

Can you tell me where you found the princess Sofia doll? I’ve been on every site I can think of!! My daughter loves it! Thanks.
Heather says:
The Disney website! It’s the only place I’ve found with anything Pincess Sofia.
beth says:
Excuse my ignorance – but who is princess Sofia? How do we not know her?
Heather says:
She’s Disney’s brand-new princess. She had a movie on the Disney channel the week of Thanksgiving!
beth says:
Wow. Clearly, my four year old princess-obsessed daughter has been lacking keeping up with the new movies!
Sarah Muder says:
You fool! You fell for one of the classic blunders! lol.
Anyway. My husband ordered our daughter a cute stuffed frog for her 2nd birthday and then when it arrived a week before, he couldn’t bear to keep it from her that long so he just gave it to her. I figure she’s still young enough that she won’t realize. I don’t know what we’ll do when she’s older, because I’m the same way!
Kayla says:
Ahahaha, oops! Christmas came early for this little sweetie!
Jennifer D says:
I just searched the website and no dolls, just a few princess Sofia shirts and the book maybe Ill try the actual store. Thanks.
Heather says:
wow, looks like they sold out! I found one on Amazon.com, but for four times what I paid: http://www.amazon.com/Disney-Sofia-Plush-First-Princess/dp/B009ZCT8R0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1354302665&sr=8-2&keywords=sofia+the+first
Definitely try the actual store!
Stephanie says:
Jennifer D- I just looked on amazon.com and found it right away.

If it helps any, something similar happened to us. I am on crutches, and when the doorbell rang, my 12 year old went to answer it. It was the UPS guy, delivering my son’s “big” Christmas gift. In a box, clearly marked on the outside with what was inside. Grrrrrr……
Lindy says:
Hahaha its a phenomenon! I am pretty sure I will have Sofia memorized after a few more viewings… It’s all Natalie ever wants to watch anymore. I am definitely going to hunt down one of those dolls! So cute!

Megan says:
Oh no! Didn’t you make a similar mistake last year? Annie has learned to pay very close attention at this time of year!
Heather says:
ugh, last year I took her shopping with me when I bought presents. That is a mistake I definitely will not make again!
Meg says:
Heh, I remember accidentally spotting early Christmas gifts — and begging my parents to let me have them before the big day! Once spotted, there really is no going back. Our pleas were relentless.
Steph says:
Was it pregnancy brain or celebrating early? I seem to remember Mike writing that you’d celebrate Christmas right now if he’d “let” you. Merry Christmas!
Alison says:
Your floors are so shiny. What’s your secret?
Jen says:
My daughter LOVES that movie. I didn’t think about a doll. Brilliant! I am such an amateur. I’ve already given my daughter two of her gifts. sigh.
