Hi Heather,
You always have such a wonderful lway of sharing your life, interests, without giving away to much of your life. You balance it out. Just had to tell you I really enjoy reading your blog because I always take away something and put it into my life. I do the picture a day also trying to cook more often and use some of your recipes.
I noticed that Annie has ALOT of toys, dress up clothing, etc. How the heck do you keep it organized? I have ALOT of toys being that I have a 26 month old and a 15 month old. I have two toy boxes and a organizer with the baskets. Do you think you can share some of your organzizing tips? Thank you

Oh man, if you could see her playroom you would know that I do NOT keep it organized! It’s kind of a disaster. That being said, I do have stuff that I SHOULD use. When we moved in, my dad and his friend built a bench in our playroom that’s all cupboards, and when we jam all of her toys in there the room actually looks nice! As for her dress up stuff, my parents got Annie a free-standing wardrobe for her dress up clothes and it’s been a MAJOR help in keeping her organized. All her dresses, shoes, tiaras, jewelry, etc go on that. But the biggest thing (and what I fail at on a regular basis) is simply getting rid of what she doesn’t play with anymore. I am a huge sentimental hoarder, but I am buckling down before this baby comes and donating everything Annie doesn’t play with.
I’m also planning on putting closet organizers into both kids’ rooms, and I’m hoping this will help, too!
