I so much enjoy your blogs about both of your daughters. The one in SF with the Golden Gate Bridge was hard for me to see though. My 28 year old nephew Jacob jumped to his death off the bridge on November 22nd of this year. In honor of my nephew I felt the need to say something. Please continue to post blogs about your family! I love to see the pictures of both of your daughters. Bless you and your family.
Jen, I know what you mean…I’ve always stayed away from being in pictures because I was “too fat,” or “my hair is messed up,” or “I don’t have makeup on,” etc. Heather has inspired me as well to be in the pictures with my children…these are the memories we will look back on and smile. I’m glad you are going to be in pictures with your kids too. Heather, you and your beautiful family make me start each day with a smile and sometimes tears…but you make me realized to treasure each day I’m alive!
Easily my favorite picture of you. Also my favorite picture of Annie. The joy in her face is so pure and unbridled. I hope that on days like today (just read your post) her smile helps take some of that weight off your shoulders.
Nice to see the bridge. I thought that I never of my life was going to cross it but I did holding on like a madman to my camera.
Neat to know that Mike was raised there… And yes, I remember Ghiardelli square and the chocolate. In fact, I still have a tin of cocoa that I hardly dare touch afraid that I will finish my stash…
How did you two meet as LA and SF are not exactly neighbour cities?
