I tell her not to pick all the flowers, but it’s hard to get mad when she says, “But I picked this for you!”

I have four daughters. They LOVE to pick flowers, so I put a lot of pots out with flowers in them just for that reason. Turns out, the more they pick (deadheading/pruning), the more it flowers. My neighbors, who don’t let their kids touch their plants, are in awe at how many blooms I have. Blooms were made for those adorable hands to pick!

Love this picture! I let my daughters pick the flowers, it seems when you say don’t pick they do it more. If you say its ok to pick just put them in this pot they loose interest. HA

What happened to your toddler, and who left this fully grown dreamboat in her place? I swear she looks like a pre-teen in this picture.

Everything about this photo is pretty; the dress, background, flower, and the little girl. 🙂 it could easily be a “it came with the frame” or art photo.

Um…isn’t that what the flowers are for? I’m 42 & live with my mom again and I STILL pick her flowers from her garden!
