I absoloutely love this picture. She’s so cute, and she totally knows how to rock that tu-tu and the striped socks. Though, my favorite part is that her hair looks like Cindy-loo-hoo from the Grinch. This child is the epitome of adorable.

Hahaha! Love the pony on the top, my mom used to do that to my hair when I was around Annie’s age.
