Annie has one cupboard in the kitchen we didn’t child-lock. There are random plastic containers and cups in there. She also likes to put her own items in there, like toys, books, jewelry, remotes, car keys, etc.
She’s got her own little octopus’ garden in there. At least you know where it is if you are missing your keys. My 3 yo squirreled my bank card away somewhere and after umpteen “Mommy isn’t mad, but she just wants to know if you were playing with her card-that-is-not-a-toy” conversations and looking through every toy purse in the house I just had to cancel it and get another one.
Boy Annie sure looks like her daddy! If we are missing anything, car keys, remote my wallet. We often find them in Sailor’s hidey spots, ie..lower cabinets, her toybox. I could not find my phone for a week once I still suck at finding things LOL

How is she coping with her new found freedom from the gated community?
