Every time I read how your last minutes with Maddie were its just brings tears to my eyes and my heart breaks for you . I just wish I had a little bit of magic to change back what you lost. I am so sorry!!

Too cute! Love the sleeper (in South Africa we call it a babygro). My almost 4-year old sometime get into the bed with me in the middle of the night (usually because he is cold after having thrown off all his bedclothes). Most of the time I take him back to his own bed, otherwise it soon becomes a habit, and I tend to sleep a bit fitfully if he is in bed with me. But sometimes I just let him be and enjoy the snuggle – they grow up so quickly .

I loved those moments with Jade. I loved waking up with her at sunrise, giving her a bottle and then both of us going back to sleep until 9am.
She’s 9 now, she’ll still cuddle with me, wants to sleep with me, but she is a complete blanket hogger now with really long legs!
