Yes that is a Swatch phone where you can talk on either side and at the base too if I remember correctly. Annie used to say “Hello” but now she’s just says “Low”.
OMG I had this exact same phone when I was a teenager! If I remember correctly, I had to have it after seeing DJ Tanner with it on Full House!!! Ha ha ha! Gotta love the 80′s!!!
