I believe that Maddie and Annie did meet. I’m sure that Maddie helped Annie choose Heather and Mike as her parents. Annie knows her and she loves to see her pictures.
My kids have favourite decorations too – they are the ones in foil and have chocolate inside! Though I suspect Annie would find all of yours on the tree very quickly if you had them…..
We have a few decorations with pictures in of our kids and they love looking at them, and I love seeing them – all cute and nice, not ratbaggy and smelly as they tend to be now!

I cannot wait to get our tree up this weekend! Is Annie all over the tree? I am a “bit” worried that Saeryn will think the tree is her new play zone…but cannot WAIT to see how she reacts to all the decorations.
Before I even noticed the ornament, which of course is Annies fav, i saw that Annie has one of Maddies curls behind her ear. I don’t know why that surprised me, she is her little sister, but it caught me in the throat. Your girls are beautiful.
