Around these parts, Elbow=elephant. I have NO idea where she got that. The elephants are also known as ellie and elphat depending on which one… A´s last [type] ..Quick update
Heather, I know you are great with documenting your kids’ lives with video/photos, etc but I want to encourage to write down those funny mispronunciations! My kids love to read those now –college age now— and also I wrote down funny things they said at different ages and they really enjoy those, as well. You and Mike are such terrific parents – it is a real joy to see you taking such joy in Annabel and in your memories of Maddie!
Our 20 month old is obsessed with Elmo. She does call him Elmo. However, when the Husband was teaching her body parts and talked to her about her elbow she excitedly looked to her elbow expecting to see Elmo on it. I guess in tattoo fashion. It took a while for her to get the difference of Elmo /elbow. Now she points out Elmo’s elbow. It is all so much fun!

As soon as I saw this photo, Elmo’s voice popped into my head. My not so deep thought about Elmo is why does he always talk in the third person?
I never thought I’d say this but I miss my daughter’s Elmo phase. She still likes him but now it’s all about Caillou. Help!

Secret Agent Annie ” tickling” the elusive “just how do you get to Sesame Street?” out of the hapless Elbow.
Thanks for sharing this it made me laugh out loud.
That’s hilarious. My daughter used to call her elbow Elmo
Annie looks like she is checking Elbow’s diaper.
She is just magically beautiful.
Too cute! My daughter is going through an Elmo phase right now. She calls him “Ba-Ba”. No clue!

The boyfriend’s grandbaby calls him ‘Melmo” but I have to say I think I like Elbow much better!
Elbow does look like he’s screaming for help! Love this picture though.
I love the way the natural light is shining in on her and the chair. She’s beautiful.

Annie is so cute that it makes you want to nibble on her cheeks! Or, as someone else stated, she’s magically beautiful.
Hahaha!!! My daughter calls him Lalala.
My little guy called him Elbow too!!! Soooo cute!!! You will have to take her to Sesame Street Live!
Aww! So cute!
A girl for whom I used to nanny called Bert and Ernie “Burp and Ernie.”
Too cute! And Elmo certainly does look like he’s screaming for help!
My little guy is totally in love with ‘Melmo’ right now too.
