At the end of 12 weeks a trophy will go to whoever improved the most. I thought for sure I could do everything until I tried the push-ups. It was a sad, sad day.<br/><br/>Oh, and having a 6 month old myself, I definitely think using the "just had a baby" excuse is very valid.
