Madeline was taken off 24-hour oxygen as of Saturday. YAY! So, I quickly loaded her in the car and left her with my parents for a few days. Freedom!!!
Heh. While that IS true, it’s not as callous as it sounds. Mike and I are going on our first solo trip since our honeymoon. And, coincidentally, we’ll be celebrating our wedding anniversary while we’re away.
When we’re back, I’ll fill you in on all our adventures, and I’ll tell you about MIKE’S NEW JOB!!! Untl then, we’ll be sipping champagne and eating bon bons in the penthouse suite at the Bellagio.*

Have a great time away. IF you are, in fact, in LV, then you HAVE to go to a restaurant waaaaay off the strip called, “Rosemary’s.” Trust me, it is a 15 minute cab ride and it shares a parking lot with a Wendy’s, but we had one of the finest meals of our LIVES with friends of our two years ago. Make a reservation. Do it!
