It’s been awhile since I’ve put together a DIY. I’m really trying to get myself back into the swing of things, so I decided to start with something easy – and something I’m surprised I haven’t already shared! Turning a long necklace into a headband is a simple and beautiful way to fancy up any hairstyle – and it only takes about five minutes to put it together.
Long necklaces
Fold over elastic
Scissors
Start by laying the closed necklace across the top of your head.
Run fold over elastic through the loops on each side of the necklace and pull until the necklace and elastic are snug but still comfortable.
Tie a knot to secure the elastic.
Cut off any leftover elastic.
That’s it! So easy, right? And look how lovely they are:
The blue looked so pretty in Annabel’s hair.
Fancy hair, don’t care.
I love this girl so much.
Any questions, let me know. Have fun!

What a clever idea! It’s rare to see something hair-related that I think I can actually pull off. Cute photos too, BTW
I was thinking of your spider problem the other day, when we had a similar (but a bazillion times worse) problem at the site of our future dream home: http://www.kittydeschanel.com/2016/05/bull-snake.html
You’ve taught me that fire is the answer!

Love this idea. Love the last pic of you and Annie ??
Leslie says:
I find that my head just doesn’t keep things like this on. Sad face. Syria the cutest.
Leslie says:
SHE REALLY. Not Syria. Jesus, autocorrect.
