Every single time I see a photo of Maddie, I can’t help but to feel happy. She makes me smile. What a radiant smile that girl gave.

I love how Maddie and your dad are making the same face in the 2nd to last photo. It makes me wonder what they were reacting to, that garnered the same response from a toddler and someone 50 or 60-ish.

Also, you definitely have some of your dad’s features, but you’ve probably heard that before, and it certainly makes sense! (but i was adopted, so i’m pretty much extra fascinated by genealogical relationships.)
