Happy Father’s Day to all the awesome dads out there! Annabel’s last two all-star games of the year are today, so our day will be spent at the fields. We celebrated Mike a bit yesterday, and we’ll celebrate him again today after the games are finished. It’s not the day I would have planned for him, but I know he’s happy to watch Annie play while James sits on his lap. Happy Father’s Day to Mike, we are so lucky to have you and we love you so much! Also, Happy Father’s Day to my own dad, who has been helping with all of Annie’s softball stuff since day one. I’m so appreciative, Dad! I love you!

The Toddler Survival Guide
On Friday, we filmed a little promo for our book. It was nice to dust off our Spohr TV skit-making skills, and we had a lot of fun making it. The video should be out this week, but here’s a little sneak of our “transitioning toddler.”
No JJs were harmed during the filming of this promo.
~I bought this sweet “Softball Brother” shirt for James, and he wore it to Annie’s game yesterday to surprise her. They make them for all sorts of sports!
~My birthday is in 8 days (awwww yeah) and while I really just want to get a pedicure and maybe spent an hour at the mall alone, I wouldn’t mind if someone also got me these pretty stacking rings (or any stacking rings. I just like stacking rings.).
~I got this DIY tattoo paper to make temporary tattoos for the girls on Annie’s softball team, and I was pretty pleased with how they turned out. And the girls loved them, so mission accomplished!
