Screw the Wiggles! I am clearly the most awesome thing since those crazy Australian guys. I need to learn some new material soon, though. I don’t know how long this “hand in front of the face” thing is going to play out. But for now, I’m milking it for all it’s worth. I mean…listen to this laugh.

When LM was a baby, my husband (the francophone) would touch his finger to her nose and say “PITOU!” (pronounced pee-too, French for “puppy”). She would laugh a full baby belly laugh. The kind that makes every single person laugh because the sound is so sweet and tickles the soul. That kind of laugh! Oh, the sound is joyous, eh?!

She is such an adorable little elf of a baby! My oldest, Sunshine (who is now 3), used to laugh like that over peek-a-boo. Baby Bear (5 mos) hasn’t quite gotten the hang of it, but I at least get big smiles – the laughter is coming!
